2006

Quicksale Home Realty Founded

Established in New York with a vision to provide personalized, guideline-free real estate service to every client — buyers, sellers, renters, and investors alike.

2010–2015

Multi-State Expansion Begins

Ronald earned licenses in Pennsylvania, Florida, and Georgia — expanding the brokerage's reach to serve clients relocating and investing across the East Coast.

2016

Foreclosure Specialist Certification

The team obtained specialized foreclosure certifications — opening exclusive access to REO, bank-owned, and distressed properties for our investor clients.

2019

Notary Public Services Added

Ronald became a licensed Notary Public, offering in-person and remote notarization — adding a critical convenience service for all real estate transactions.

2022

Connecticut License Obtained

Completed licensing in Connecticut, completing our five-state footprint: NY, PA, FL, GA, and CT — serving buyers and investors coast to coast.

2024–Present

Continued Growth & MLS Integration

Joining additional state MLS systems to serve clients independently across markets, with live property search, advanced lead capture, and digital-first service delivery.
